We want to make sure that Bruxor will protect your smile, but sometimes things don't work out. This policy provides options for making returns below.
Oral Profile Kit
If we determine that you are not a suitable candidate for Bruxor Pro or the Oral Profile Kit, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us if you would like to request a return. All returned items inside the Oral Profile Kit must be in new and unused condition.
Bruxor Pro Custom Dental Guard
If you believe that your Bruxor Pro is defective or does not fit, please contact us to request a replacement.
Please follow these steps to return your Oral Profile Kit or Bruxor Pro.
To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:Bruxor Pro

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of receiving your RMA number.
Bruxor requires proof of shipment to honor a refund, so please use a trackable carrier like FedEx or UPS. If a shipment is lost by the carrier in transit, we cannot process your return without shipping verification.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or replacement. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
